Aluminum conductors used for overhead transmission lines by power utility companies in the form of All Aluminum Conductor (AAC) and Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) are also produced conforming to BSS:2I5- I /ASTM B-23 I M & WAPDA Specs P-63 (AAC) and BSS: 2 I 5-2/ASTM B-23 I M & WAPDA Specs P-50 (ACSR)
- In AAC up to 800mm2
- In ACSR up to 400mm2
COPPER CONDUCTORS (HBDC and ABC)
Copper conductors used for overhead transmission lines by power utility companies (HBDC) and for earthing purposes (ABC) in domestic use are also produced confirming to IEC 60228 & BS 7884.
• In ABC (Annealed Bare Copper) up to 185mm2
• In HBDC (Hand Drawn Bare Copper) up to 185mm2
